Residential Turn-Key Projects
G. Gasru, H. Fahaage & Aarunooge Apartments
These high-rise apartment complexes—some reaching up to 10 storey tall—demonstrate our expertise in delivering complete turn-key residential solutions. From foundational work through structural frames, finishing touches, and decorative interiors, we managed the entire build process including:
- Foundation, columns, slabs, and core structural systems
- Interior fit-outs: flooring, painting, lighting, kitchen cabinetry, and custom decorative finishes
- Coordination with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and finishing contractors to ensure seamless handover
Resorts & Hospitality Projects
St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort
Located on Vommuli Island, the St. Regis Maldives is one of the country’s most prestigious luxury resorts. Two L Construction played a major role in this large-scale project, much of which was carried out directly over water. Our scope of work included:
- Construction of swimming pools, both on land and overwater, built to luxury standards
- Structural and foundational works for the overwater bungalows and connecting walkways
- Development of back-of-house and service infrastructureto support resort operations
- Construction of additional resort facilities in line with the resort’s modern architectural vision
Coco Palm Bodu Hithi Resort
At Coco Palm Bodu Hithi, Two L Construction delivered a wide range of works across the island and over water. Our contributions included:
- Construction of multiple overwater bungalows and beach villas, designed for both durability and guest comfort
- Building of the resort spa facilities, including structural works and high-quality finishes
- Interior finishing for villas and service areas, including bathrooms, tiling, fixtures, cabinetry, and decorative detailing
- Supporting structural works and finishing for various resort facilities
Gili Lankanfushi (formerly Soneva Gili)
At this renowned over-water resort, we constructed the iconic “By the Sea” Japanese-fusion restaurant—a stunning space from framing to finish. Surrounded by lagoon views and integrated with craftsmanship:
- Built the entire wooden framework, deck, and teppanyaki counter
- Installed exotic finishes, ambient lighting, and bespoke interiors to match the resort’s luxury aesthetic
Six Senses Laamu (Olhuveli) Resort
At Six Senses Laamu, Two L Construction was entrusted with building critical guest and operational facilities, contributing to the resort’s reputation as one of the Maldives’ most sustainable and design-forward destinations.
Our contributions included:
- Construction of overwater villas and supporting walkways
- Development of back-of-house facilities and service buildings
- Structural works for guest amenities and supporting resort infrastructure
Commercial & Government Projects
Oracle Office, Malé
Two L Construction was engaged to build the short-lived Malé office for Oracle Corporation, one of the world’s leading technology firms. Our scope of work included:
- Construction of the office spacewithin a commercial building in Malé
- Full interior fit-out works, including partitions, flooring, ceiling systems, lighting, and finishes
- Delivery of a modern, functional, and branded workspacedesigned to meet Oracle’s corporate standards
This project highlighted our capability to deliver high-quality office and commercial interiors within a fast-paced urban environment.
S. Hithadhoo School
Two L Construction undertook the complete construction of a major school block at Hithadhoo, Addu City, providing much-needed educational facilities for the community.
K. Maafushi School
For the Maafushi School project, we delivered the construction of classroom blocks and supporting facilities, designed to meet the growing educational needs of the island community.
Afeefudeen School, Kulhudhuffushi
At Kulhudhuffushi, Two L Construction was responsible for the development of the Afeefudeen School campus, constructing academic buildings with durable structures and quality finishes.
Thajudhin school
Two L Construction undertook the development of Thajudhin School, delivering modern academic blocks and supporting facilities to meet the city’s growing educational needs. Our scope of work included durable structural works, high-quality classroom interiors, and finishing solutions designed to create a safe and inspiring learning environment for students.
